Moatware provides stock moat analysis, comparison tools, and curated investment lists. Our analyses are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor and do not provide financial advice.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our service, including but not limited to: scraping or automated data collection, attempting to bypass rate limits or access controls, distributing our proprietary analysis content without permission, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Moatware, including analyses, scores, ratings, and visual designs, is the property of Moatware and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Moatware is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our analyses. Stock ratings and scores reflect our methodology and should not be construed as investment recommendations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moatware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Moatware is incorporated.
